NeuroTiff is a blog to connect with other neurodivergent (or neurodifferent) people, focusing in on late-diagnosed women, parenting neurodivergent children, and being in a dual-neurodivergent marriage.
I provide personal experiences, education on relevant neurodivergent topics, even delving into health topics, and provide tips, how-to’s, and resources to help manage life.
We explore everything from the broad topics of “What Is Neurodivergence?” to the more specifics of “Can Gut Health Really Affect ADHD?” and “Why Does My Child Meltdown Every Day After School?”
Sprinkled in between the serious topics, there also are humorous lists and anecdotes from my life in a predominantly neurodivergent family of 6.

Relevant Experience
I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and have spent the majority of my adult life very interested in human behavior and thought processes. I spend my free time reading articles, blogs, and books on mental health, neurodivergence, and parenting. As a late diagnosed ADHD woman married to an ADHD man and with at least one currently diagnosed ADHD school-aged child, I have a plethora of experience with both researching and living the ADHD life. I suspect we also have some ASD sprinkled in there, but we do not have any current official diagnoses.
Blogging is my outlet for creativity and helping others. I feel very passionate about exploring neurodivergence and talking about my experiences in the hopes that others will read what I have to say and connect to it. I am hoping to also create a small community of people who can chat and relate to each other: The Neurodifferent Community. I’ve always been into making up words, rhyming silly words, etc. I thought of the name and tagline for this blog through the process of silly word making: NeuroTiff, for people who are NeuroDiff-erent.
Disclaimer: I am not a licensed therapist or medical doctor. Any tips or advice I give are as a neurodivergent person and not as a professional.
